Holistic data-driven requirements elicitation in the big data era

Abstract Digital transformation stimulates continuous generation of large amounts digital data, both in organizations and society at large. As a consequence, there have been growing efforts the Requirements Engineering community to consider data as sources for requirements acquisition, addition human stakeholders. The volume, velocity variety make discovery increasingly dynamic, but also unstructured complex, which current elicitation methods are unable manage systematic efficient manner. We propose framework, form conceptual metamodel method, automated analysis aggregation heterogeneous that aims support data-driven management. usability framework is partially validated by an in-depth case study from business sector video game development.
